Ravenfeather's First Kits

[glow=red,10,1000]"Fine! But you WILL regret it if you don't play with me at least once," The young kit sat on his haunches, "Soooooo? What are they saying?" he whispered to his brother who was staring contently at the older cat and there mother.[/glow]

Stripedkit didn't answer. He watched Greywing leave. "I'm going after him. He knows something about Spottedkit."

The bangle kit slipped out of the den after the grey warrior.

Ravenfeather didn't notice one of her kits go missing, already fast asleep while Riverkit sat nearby entertaining himself by running through a story the elders had told recently.

"Stripedkit! No! You could get hurt!!" But it was too late, the little striped brute was too far away to here his call. "Oh well, he'll just get himself killed if he wants to!"[/glow]

[center]"That's not nice!" Riverkit mewed, scolding his larger, identical brother. "Maybe we should tell mother...."

Riverkit glanced over at his sleeping mother. "Hey, where's Cloudedkit?"[/center]

[glow=green,10,1000]At the sound of his name, Cloudedkit rose his sleepy little grey head. "Over hear," he said in the middle of a big yawn. He shook his head then padded over to his brothers. "Yeah? Watcha want?"[/glow]

"Making sure you didn't run off like Stripedkit" Riverkit said, looking over at his brother. "Sorry I woke you up."

The littlest kit crouched down, tucking his paws under his chest. Vivid green eyes looked around the den and worry ticked away in his mind. Stupid Stripedkit. He'd get himself killed someday. Riverkit pushed the thought away. No. Stripedkit was, well, Stripedkit. He wouldn't get himself killed or captured. He was too smart for that...hopefully.

"What are you talking about? Where'd he go?" the frantic grey kitten raced over to his mother, "MOMMA! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !" he screamed when he was right next to her ears. [/glow]

Ravenfeather nearly leapt out of her fur. She sprang to her paws, vivid eyes wide. "What in the world? Cloudedkit, what's wrong?"

The black queen looked down at her son, thoroughly surprised. "If this is an arguement over games you can decide yourselves."

Riverkit wanted to tackle his brother and shut him up. If Stripedkit was missing he'd get in big trouble with Ravenfeather. Riverkit prefered that his brother leaving wasn't noticed but didn't move or say a word.

[glow=red,10,1000]"I've got this one!" Shadowkit whispered to Riverkit, then he winked.[/glow]

[glow=green,10,1000]"Momma! Momma! Stripedkit--" Cloudedkit got cut of as Shadowkit kit stepped on his tail.[/glow]

[glow=red,10,1000]"Got offered a tour around camp!" Shadowkit smiled sweetly then dragged Cloudedkit back to the kit-meeting. [/glow]

Ravenfeather looked at her kits in confusion. "Alright, I'm sure the warriors will look after him. He's not one to get into trouble." The tired black she-cat settled down in her nest again and closed her eyes.

Riverkit helped Shadowkit drag his brother as far away from Ravenfeather as possible. "What are you doing?" he hissed at Cloudedkit. "Are you trying to get Stripedkit in trouble?"

[glow=green,10,1000]"You guys have to think! What if a rogue finds him, what if he wandered onto BloodClan territory, what if a badger ate him! If any of those things happened, he could be gone forever! And we'd never even know! Don't you guys have brains!" The grey tom wisped back and forth wondering what to do.[/glow]

[glow=red,10,1000]"Ok.... Yeah, I never thought about it that way... What do you think?" he cocked his head and flicked his tail toward Riverkit.[/glow]

Riverkit looked toward the entrance of the nursery. "I trust him" Riverkit meowed. "I don't think Stripedkit is dumb enough to get himself eaten or captured. He'll come back. We just have to be patient and wait. He'll come back with Spottedkit, I'm sure he will."

The littlest kit settled himself neatly with his paws tucked under his chest and tail curled around his side.

[glow=red,10,1000]"Whatever! Well, while I'm waiting I really am going to get a tour around the camp!" And the young black brut padded off happily.[/glow]

[glow=green,10,1000]"Good Night!" And then Cloudedkit padded back to his 'momma' and went back to bed.[/glow]

Riverkit sighed and followed Cloudkit and curled up next to his mother, burrowing into her ebony fur next to his brother. The little black tom drifted off to sleep, hoping Stripedkit was alright just before falling asleep.

[glow=lightblue,10,1000]After a few moments, the tiger striped warrior skidde to a halt in the middle of the den, hoping the cats wouldn't awake, but at the same time hoping they would. "Now, go to your mother, and stay there."The small cat's rippling pelt was gleaming gold in the sunlight. "Now dodn't wake your mother up."[/glow]
