Sunstone closed his eyes and nodded his head. He knew she would reacted like this, but what harm could possibly come from the desicion?

Sunstone stood beside the small she-cat and allowed her to rest her head on his neck like before. He purred softly and spoke in a gentle, loving tone. "How could I regret spending my life with you? Without breaking the warrior code."

Silverbrook nodded wordlessly, drinking in his comforting scent. Her heart was fluttering and she felt like she could take wing and fly. She would finally shed away her medicine cat life and stand on her own again, fighting with her clan. StarClan seemed to approve because she hadn't been struck dead yet.

"Let's go" Silverbrook murmured. "There's no sense in waiting."
