A shadowy cat stalked in the loners and rouges terra. He was low to the ground, his ears pricked forth. At first, you would think he was hunting something. But, no. The agile tomcat was searching for a certain cat. One named Sapphire. He had not seen her for a little while, and he wanted to see her face again. |

Ruby licked her paw and wiped it over her forhead, then thoroly swept her tongue threw her sleek fur. She padded up to the smokey cat, nodded her hello. "Do you know where my sister is?" she asked, unaware, of something lurking behind her back. |

Sapphire stepped out from behind a thornbush and let out a purr at the site of Crow,"What brings you here?" she asked as casual as possible.

Ruby padded up to her sister. "There you are, I've --" at that moment, a black and white striped creature jumped out from behind. "aaaahh!!" Ruby screamed as the badger flung her into thin air, she landed with a thud at the other edge of the rock the 3 cats were by. "Sis, help! This wont be good for the--" she got cut off again as another huge badger grabbed her neck in its gigantic jaws, shacking her back and forth. "he-- help!!!" the gingery she-cat cried.

"Ruby!" sapphire called in alarm, then, without warning, the massive creature through her across the clearing with just one blow of its murderous paws.

Ruby tried to get up, but her leg hurt too much. She put pressure on her leg, and realized that it must be broken. "Sapphire! Crow! My leg, its broken!" she yowled in pain. "Go and get a clan's medicine-cat!" (make them go to thunderclan! im the med-cat of that clan!)

Sapphire took off across the clearing and into ThunderClan territory, as she aproached the camp, she bumped into a sleek black tom who she had secretly been waiting to meet, "Blackheart, I---" Sapphire shook her head to clear her thoughts, her priority was to help Ruby right now, "I need your medicine cat." she said urgently.

"Fallow me," the black tomcat bowed his head then guided the two she-cat with his tail to the medicine-cat's den. (post at Arriving for an injury at the med-cat den!)

In the mean time, Crow desperately tried to fight off the badgers. He gave out a loud yowl and scored on across the eyes. The badger took a few steps back and fled, but the other was ready for battle. Crow let out another loud yowl and leapt on top of the other on, digging his claws into it's back. Just then, the badger reared and Crow slipped off onto the hard ground. He spat and grabbed the badger's hind left leg, his claws and teeth digging into the flesh. [/size] |

As Sapphire raced back into the scene, she let out a huge gasp, "Crow!!!" she screeched in alarm, "Just hold on a little longer!!!!" she pleaded, "I've got help!" she reasured him as the badger battered his underbelly.

As the tom desperately dodged some of the badger's attacks, his ears pricked as he heard a familer voice. The tom ducked under a massive paw and turned towards the she-cat. "Sapphire! Hurry!!" He yowled. The smoky tom threw himself back into battle, clawing at the badger whenever he could. He could sense that the badger was slowing down, but Crow wasn't exactly bounding with energy either...
A lithe tortishell bounded in beside Sapphire, her heart pounding in her ears. As she watched the tom try and battle the badger himself, she let out a growl towards Sapphire. "How could you just leave him?" But then, reality gripped her. The she cat shook her head and meowed again. "That doesn't matter now. Lte's just help him!"
Dragonwing leapt into the battle, claws unsheathed and ready for battle. She leapt at the creature, its beady eyes staring back at her. The beast threw a well-aimed blow at the she-cat, throwing her to the ground. Dragonwing panted for a few moments, and let out another furious yowl, leaping on top of the beast... |

Sapphire lunged herself at the murderous creature. She yowled in pain and anger as the badger shook her off with its massive forepaw,"Crow!!!! Save yourself!!!!" she urged,"We've got it from here!!!" she screamed as she plunged back on the badger's silvery back.

Crow gave the badger one last bite as he leapt off the creature. He stared in horror as Sapphire jumped in the tussle, immediately being thrown by the badger. His eyes shown with concern for the silvery she-cat as he yowled one last thing before he fled. "Sapphire! Remember, I won't let anything happen to you!"
Dragonwing yowled in pain as the badger threw her off of its massive body and threw her to the ground. the she-cat got up and charged at the beast, her muscles propelled by anger. She leapt at the creature's head, clawing at its eyes. She felt warm blood ooze from the newly inflicted wounds as she joined Sapphire on top of the creature. "I've scratched it's eyes, so its should run away pretty soon!" She yowled to Sapphire. In the meantime, the she-cat dug her fangs into the back of it's neck, trying to weaken the creature even more. Even if the two she-cats didn't kill it, the badger wouldn't be able to survive long with such wounds. [/color] |
